Enabling women to return to a career they love
We’ve been working with Coles to help brand and launch their return-to-technology careers program – Relauncher. The bespoke program is specifically designed to support women to return to technology or digital careers after a period of time away from the workforce.
What we did
We began by conducting a naming exercise, exploring subtle references to the target group, then moved into logo design, activation roll-out and campaign copy for all program material.
Digital was the focus for this campaign, with video and static content designed for Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as digital artwork and copy for the Coles Group careers website and a targeted display ad campaign.
This year, there was a thirst to share real people stories featuring program leaders and successful candidates from last year’s intake.
We captured iPhone ‘Talking Heads’ to keep the execution informal and authentic, and successfully cut 62 videos over In-feed and Story formats!

“We partnered with Noble Agency right from the initial design phase of our Relauncher program, with the team managing the creative process in sync with the program development cycle – resulting in a name, logo and brand that were the perfect fit for what we were trying to achieve. In the second year of the Relauncher program, Noble helped us to expand our digital assets combined with videography that showcases our inspiring participants. Their insight and support with activating targeted marketing channels has helped generate even greater success in this years’ campaign.”

Results
The program has been met with great positivity and market attention. There were 11 successful hires from the first intake, with this year’s program looking to double those numbers.
