Interpreting a European EVP for Australia
EVP & Employer Brand Localisation Case Study
Mazars
Bringing local nuance to a global message
Working within a global organisation can be both extremely exciting but can also come with some branding challenges. With the EVP and Employer brand created at the Paris head office, Mazars needed to bring local relevance to its messaging and visual approach.
What we did
Mazars is an international audit, accounting, and advisory firm with more than 47,000+ employees in over 95+ countries. With beginnings rooted in France, the Australian arm of the business needed to localise the global EVP and EB to talk directly to the Australian market, alongside strengthening and unifying their local network of offices.
After a thorough round of quantitative and qualitative research, the latter via both employee and leadership focus groups, local EVP pillars and a compelling statement were crafted. We needed the talent market to truly feel the sentiment of the campaign headline – ‘Mazars. The smart choice’.
From here we created an Employer Brand, in which the story articulated the individual pillars through personal passion projects of the team. We scripted and storyboarded four location-based video and photo shoots, plus also shot in the Sydney office capturing both stills and fly-on-the-wall footage of the team.
Roll-out items to date have included expo banners, virtual meeting backgrounds, a digital programmatic campaign, recruitment advertising, social content, office wall decals and careers page enhancements.

“The Noble Team became an extension of our local team. Weekly meetings kept the project on track and the friendly team were a pleasure to work with. Despite some weather challenges with the project the team remained calm, collected and committed to the best outcome for the firm.”
