Creating advocates for culture

Culture is at the heart of every business. With the launch of a new three-year strategy ‘We invest in good’ approaching, SBS Media asked us to bring to life the story of what underpins their culture – to excite and engage employees about the journey ahead.

The thinking

 

We wanted to activate the employees and turn them into advocates of SBS Media culture. Focus groups had been conducted across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, so acknowledging everyone who had taken part would help to create the sense of pride, trust and that the employees ‘are’ the culture. We blended animation, live interviews of people’s experiences, and a voice over by an employee to create a piece of content that felt honest and authentic.

Thank you for all of your tireless work on the SBS Culture Reel. Your support is much appreciated and the team really loved the reel we shared on Monday at our Strategy Conference. Now that the Conference is over our attention has turned to using this reel for on-going new starters to the team!
